Give me 5

b1E cat se poate de real si oficial. BlueAir a pus la cale un concurs pt pasionatii de sporturi extreme care trec prin sesiune cu un singur vis : sfantul 5. Eforturile lor sunt rasplatite cu cate o excursie de 4 zile in Alpi, pentru 5 mandri integralisti norocosi care vor fi trasi la sorti pe data de 9 martie.

b2Trimite ca dovada o adverinta eliberata, semnata si stampilata de secretariatul facultatii tale care sa demonstreze ca ai luat toate examenele din sesiunea de iarna cu nota 5 si poti castiga!

Ultima zapada se serveste la rece, undeva in Alpi. Face cinste Blue Air!

Daca nu crezi, verifica informatiile aici si poti afla regulamentul complet al concursului surpriza. Judecati voi daca este educational, cu influente pozitive sau pur si simplu o alta idee nastrusnica a departamentului de publicitate.

Reteta “succesului”:

1. Daca ai referate pe baza carora iti obtii nota ai grija, cand iti scrii lucrarea sa nu o faci perfecta: omite cateva note de subsol sau niste diacritice – asta iti asigura o scadere de 3 puncte. Alte cateva greseli mici, dar nu esentiale, sunt binevenite.
2. Daca nota se calculeaza pe baza prezentei si a contributiei la seminarii atunci nu raspunde la toate intrebarile de la discutii si stai linistit in banca ta!
3. 3 saptamani inainte de examene: Iesi in oras si bucura-te de vacanta de pre-sesiune.
4. 2 saptamani inainte: Incepe sa te uiti la un serial bun, cu mai mult de 2 sezoane filmate deja, care sa te tina in fata computerului pana in ajunul primului examen. Incearca niste Prison Break, Californication, Grey’s Anatomy, Dexter sau Weeds.
5. 1 saptamana inainte: afla programul examenelor. Tine minte: 5 pe linie, insa trebuie sa fii integralist, asa ca nu chiuli!
6. Suna un coleg care are toate cursurile cu fix 36 de ore inaintea examenului.
7. Deschide cursurile respective cu 3 ore inaintea examenului.
8. Mai joaca-te o ora World of Warcraft – ai timp….
9. Cu 2 ore inainte frunzareste cursul si ai grija sa faci un dus lung inainte de a porni la examen.
10. Calculeaza cu atentie punctajul: daca stii mai mult de 5 ai grija cum si cat scrii. 5-ul e totusi o arta.

Pentru performante

A inceput una din cele mai importante perioade dintr-un an, pentru studenti. Fiecare are o sesiune in care isi stabileste tinte, la un nivel care variaza de la o persoana la alta.

Pe langa studiul intens si discutii aprinse pe teme specifice, pentru o imbunatatire a rezultatelor obtinute in timpul sesiunii, si nu numai, trebuie sa avem grija si de alimentatie. Organismul are nevoie de sustinere in perioadele de efort intelectual, cand consumul energetic creste.

Stiai ca un singur pahar de bere sau o singura tigara pot nimici, in doar cateva minute, o mie de neuroni? Asta, in contextul in care un om pierde zilnic pana la 200.000 de neuroni. Consuma asadar cafea, alcool sau tutun cu moderatie. In seara dinaintea examenului, nu manca mai tarziu de orele 18:00, iar mancarea sa fie usoara.

Pastreaza-ti organismul hidratat. Studiile au demonstrat ca toti copiii care obisnuiesc sa bea multa apa, reusesc sa se concentreze mult mai usor, sa primeasca informatii si sa faca exercitii de aritmetica mental si, de asemenea, sunt mai putin predispusi durerilor de cap. Ai grija sa nu-ti lipseasca sticla cu apa de pe birou atunci cand studiezi si daca nu-ti place apa obisnuita, incearca citronadele sau sucul de ananas, intrucat are proprietatea de a intari memoria.

Un alt sfat ar fi sa te incumeti la o banana pe zi (este bine sa fie cat mai coapta), pt ca reface rapid energia consumata prin efort intelectual. Ea reda calmul si increderea inainte de examen.

Morcovii sporesc, de asemenea, capacitatea de memorare. Deci elevii si studentii, inainte de a incepe memorarea cursurilor, sunt sfatuiti sa manance o salata de morcovi cruzi cu lamaie si putin ulei. Cu efecte asemanatoare poate fi folosita salata de varza cruda, iar pentru perioadele de concentrare indelungata – nucile.

Un aliment benefic pentru stimularea memoriei si pentru sporirea capacitatii acesteia este pestele. Tocmai de aceea este recomandat consumul, de cel putin doua ori pe saptamana, a unei portii de peste gras, cum ar fi macroul, heringul si sardinele.

Asadar avem o solutie pt a evita vizitele dese la farmacie pt vitamine si lecitina: mancand sanatos, alimente accesibile buzunarului de student.

You are facing a short description of what Cristina Georgiana Pantazi stands for the world. I am a 20 years old double student, with many hopes and desires, ready to share them with anyone who is willing to stop and listen.

First of all, try to imagine a tall but not skinny girl, with dark brown hair, walking down the street, wearing casual clothes. Her small brown eyes are staring for a few moments in every hidden corner, searching for something memorable to photograph. This is, in not so many words, the drawing of an ordinary young lady, with a strong passion running through her veins. Now you can recognize me in the city crowd, or at least try, because I am nothing out of the normal pattern of our society.

On the other hand, I am more than just dust in the wind, following the currents. My personality reflects my behavior and vice-verse. In every moment I have a decision to make, consciously or not. That is because, in time, I have acquired some reflexes, starting with refusing bungee jumping invitations, for example. This is a metaphorical way to point the fact that I don’t like to risk, anything at any time. However, when it comes to helping others, friends or not, I try to do everything that stand in my power to be useful, with a sincere smile as my biggest award. And if there is something in this world that I despise, I should mention lies and jealousy. Needless to say that trust is very important in my little dreamland, where everyone gets a chance to prove what he is worth.

More as a proof, I want to share my favorite quote, from a movie that was like a lesson of life to me, when I first saw it. “Life is not the amount of breaths you take, it’s the moments that take your breath away”. I try to breathe, eat and drink in order to live and not the other way around, because life has a deeper meaning, waiting for each one of us to discover it.

I imagine my life like a ladder which, at first, was balanced by my parents. Now I have, as a support, my knowledge, strength, patience, and a real desire to get as high as possible.

First of all,  I want to finish my studies and to obtain a master degree in a domain that combines IT and economics. This will help me to climb a few stairs on my professional side of the ladder.

Second of all, personal experience in human relationships is sadly missing at this moment. These are two major targets established for the near future, and this is the system I have always applied, not to fall into dreaming and planning for a very long period of time. Of course I want a family and a sweet home to return to and to rediscover myself, somewhere in the mountains. There is a lot of work to be done before all these rewards, and now is my time for training. Small, but secure, steps made for a bright future, along with the people I care about.

All in all, I am just like you, but one of a kind, trying to survive to the same pressure this universe brings to bear to every one of us.
